2. Subscription Terms

Auto-Renewal:

All subscription plans operate on a recurring billing cycle and automatically renew unless canceled in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing date.

Billing Authorization:

By subscribing, you authorize Platinum Credit to automatically charge your designated payment method until cancellation. You agree to maintain a valid payment method at all times.

Failure to Pay:

If payment fails, services may be paused or terminated immediately. We reserve the right to recover unpaid amounts through collection efforts, including administrative or legal fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

Platinum Credit is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunity or financial loss.

Changes in credit bureau reporting or policies.

Actions by third parties affecting your results.

Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid in the 90 days preceding a claim.

Debt resolution timelines

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

9. Indemnification
